Dr. Miller is a native West Virginian, born in Keyser, WV. A graduate of WVU and Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, he returned to Morgantown to practice in 1991 after completing a surgical residency at Lincoln West hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Miller is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery as well as the American Board of Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Miller is trained in Surgical care, general podiatric care and orthopedic care of foot and ankle deformities.
